There's a good chance you've already worn one of our socks. You just didn't know it was ours.

Our story begins in 1999, not in a design studio, but inside the factories themselves. We started by engineering and repairing the electronic systems that power hosiery machines, developing technical support equipment for the industry from the ground up. We weren't observers. We were the people other manufacturers called when something needed to work better. We learned, from the inside out, what separates a sock that performs from one that merely exists.

By 2014, that knowledge had become impossible to contain. We moved into full production — and never looked back. In the years that followed, we supplied private-label collections to sock brands worldwide. Brands with their own loyal customers, identities, and shelves. The yarn selection, the knitting structure, and the quality control are ours. We just never put our name on it.That's the new part.

Sihman is a family business, and that means something specific to us. There are no quarterly targets to meet, no investors to appease, and no shortcuts that get approved just because they look good on a spreadsheet. What there is is a name. Ours. On every product we make. That tends to focus the mind.

We manufacture in Türkiye, a country whose textile heritage predates most modern brands by centuries, where craftsmanship is embedded in the supply chain rather than bolted on as a marketing claim. There are cheaper places to make a sock. There are faster ways to get something onto a shelf. We've seen what those shortcuts look like from the inside, and we've never been interested.

That same conviction shapes every material decision we make. We work with combed cotton; the longest, softest fibers, gently brushed to remove every short or rough strand, and premium luxury-grade yarns selected for their feel against the skin, structure retention, and aging quality. We knit on 200-needle machines, the standard that gives our socks their dense, smooth, impossibly soft hand-feel. And we use absolutely no polyester — no microplastics, no trapped heat, no synthetic shortcuts. Just what's good for your skin and good for the earth.Our production partners spin their yarn using wind energy because we've always believed that making something well and making it responsibly aren't competing priorities.

After 25 years of quietly making socks for others, we felt ready to say something in our own voice. Our collections differ in character; some are quiet and refined, while others have something to say. But they all come from the same place: the machines, the yarns, the decades of production, and a standard we've held long before anyone knew our name.
