We pack with care — and ship with speed.

Every order is handled like it's our own. From the moment you hit "place order," we're on it.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We take a little extra time to make sure everything is packed right — because first impressions matter, even with packaging.

Delivery Times

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. International delivery varies by destination but usually takes 7–15 business days. Customs and local carriers may add a few extra days — we wish we could control that part too.

Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number. You'll get it via email as soon as your package ships. If you didn't receive it, check your spam folder or reach out to us — we'll find it for you.

Shipping Costs

We try to keep shipping as fair as possible. Exact costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Keep an eye out for free shipping promotions — we run them more often than you'd think.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in a while or your order seems lost, don't panic. Contact us at hello@sihman.shop and we'll investigate immediately. If it's truly lost, we'll make it right — whether that means reshipping or a full refund.
